For larger bubbles use a towel and iron first and carefully cut an x with a sharp razor knife.
Then use a towel and a hot iron to heat and flatten the vinyl.
Luckily it is easy to smooth out the bubbles.
So long as the squeegee glides across the vinyl smoothly then you should attain good results.

Doing a wet application is easy and will prevent any bubbles that might occur during a dry application.
The trick is getting the tape to release from the vinyl without putting so much stress on the vinyl that it weakens the newly formed bond between the adhesive and the substrate.
The decals have one adhesive side that is pressed against a flat surface.
For small bubbles an inch or less in diameter use a large needle to prick the bubble allowing the trapped air to escape.
Use a stack of books to weight it down until it rebonds.
Don t be concerned about pressing too hard.

If the vinyl doesn t stick properly to an area where you removed a small bubble fill a small syringe with glue and insert the tip into the puncture hole from the sewing needle.
In most cases squeegeeing the vinyl at a 45 degree angle with overlapping firm strokes will rid the vinyl of most of the bubbles and prevent wrinkles.
