Aesthetically i think the black b pillar does a great job of making the 2nd cab look less clunky.

In my opinion toyota rushed the hell out of this design. Carbon fiber halo b pillars come with the factory style flanges for easy installatio. For what it s worth though i m pretty sure it s only aesthetic because the black tacoma s don t have one. Every other tacoma that.

In my experience the matte vinyl is soft and looks cheap after it gets scratched to hell by feathers cosmic rays and light breezes. Still waiting on spec b 3rd gen. The vinyl pulls out from under the seals without removing them. Look at the tundra and you can see it is properly done by attaching a molding that goes straight across both doors in between and adding durable plastic not cheap a vinyl like 1000s of models of cars since the mid 90s.

Just have a look at our 4 inch black out tape pillar post tape in 6 t roll or matte black finish in roll stock and you would sure fall in love with them. These tapes would give your vehicle an unseen before look and a style that everybody would love to imitate. C6 corvette b pillar halo carbon fiber.
