One of the biggest advantages of electric tankless water heaters is that they are very sleek and compact thus you will save a lot of space. A tankless water heater can be installed anywhere in your home with the correct piping closets garage bathrooms etc. Moreover auto modulation technology saves energy and its ability to control water flow reduces the electricity bill even further. Tankless water heaters are about the size of a carry on suitcase and can be installed on virtually any wall inside or outside of your home.

Once you have your total flow rate and the required temperature rise you can find the right size tankless water heater for your home. Electric units have measurements in the 10 inch high to 7 inch. The tankless water heater also provides domestic hot water. Above the air handler is a smaller box containing the cooling coil.
